BOOKING POLICY
Please be sure to read through my cancellation policies before booking an appointment at Lovesbeauty By confirming your appointment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the smooth running of Lovesbeauty
A deposit is required for all clients. This amount will be taken off the total balance of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please be aware that failure to do so will result in loss of deposit.
Please note that if you book multiple treatments but decide not to have one or more, we still require 48 hours notice or you may still be charged.
Clients are advised that less than 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange will be liable for a cancellation fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future appointments. 50% of the missed appointment must be paid at your next visit to Lovesbeauty
No shows....
Any ‘no shows’ will still be charged for the treatment and may not be eligible to re-book another appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply.
To ensure my full attention is on the treatment, no children are allowed to attend. This is so I can give all clients the very best experience.
In return for providing quality treatments, I can't stress enough how important it is to follow the aftercare advice given. This helps you achieve best results and durability of your treatment. Xx
Package prices...
If you book a course of treatments ideally you will need to pay for the whole course of treatments upfront. If this is a struggle for you due to pricing we are happy to set our a payment plan for you to make this more affordable for you.
If you do book a package/ course of treatment this is likely to make the treatments be at a reduced cost rather than paying full price for each session.
If you are choosing to pay for your treatment package in installments and decide to cancel any treatment into the course then this will forfeit your rights to carry on with treatments at a reduced cost and so your next treatment will go back to full price.
Packages are in place to ensure you achieve your best and quickest results so failure to attend can affects results.
